Kudos to the author and narrator for a job well done. I have passed up on audiobooks because the narrator's voice was a bit too shrill or so annoying I couldn't focus on the story. The narrator, Alexander Cendese, has a voice that is perfect for telling a story. In this crazy world we live in, it's nice to be able to listen to a great, fun, love story. I actually listened to the entire six-and-a-half-hour novel in one sitting. This book so kept my interest I didn't want to put it down. I rarely laugh out loud while listening to an audiobook, but throughout the entire story the author had the character say things that would make me laugh so hard my dog would run into another room.

Without getting bogged down in an extensive history of the characters, the author gave us enough information to understand and truly appreciate them and the story.
